Damian Haugh has over 15 years of professional experience in accounting and tax. He has provided quality services in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, retail, construction, non-profit, real estate and various other small businesses. He has provided expert advice to clients regarding various financial situations and helped clients with complicated tax rules and regulations.

He has practical working experience in manufacturing, healthcare, and public accounting. He has held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a military defense manufacturer. He has also served as the Treasurer for Smithsburg Youth Athletics (SYA).

Damian earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Maryland System, Frostburg and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mount St. Mary’s University with honors. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Maryland, License #37451 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, (MACPA), and the Maryland Society of Accountants.

In his spare time Damian likes to play golf, coach and watch his daughter’s sports teams, and spend leisure time with his Wife, Ashley, his two daughters, Briana and Calli, and the family dog, Zak.
